Tisbury Cookery Studio boasts a modern, spacious and well equipped cookery school, offering a diverse range of inspiring and informative courses for all ages, and all levels.
The Tisbury Cookery Studio was created in 2016 by Fiona Dodd-Noble, who is well established as the owner of Nobles Catering and the former owner of Nobles delicatessen. Passing out of catering college with an advanced diploma, Fiona has gained over 40 years cooking experience, and now seeks to share that valuable knowledge with her clients.
Our specialist courses are taken by experts in their field; fishmongers, butchers, cheese makers, and a wealth of chefs, found through years of high end catering experience.
Breathing new life in to a near derelict building, we have been able to take advantage of the location, five minutes walk from the train station, to create this modern, slick and spacious schooling and demonstration room.
We offer eight workstations with room for up to sixteen guests in spacious comfort. For Covid compliance, we are now offering our courses on a per workstation basis, so there's no sharing unless it's with one other member of your family or support bubble.
So now there's no jostling for space with other users, but a relaxing, efficient and pleasing, purpose built facility.
