Beginners course for the mature student.

This course is for anyone who wants to learn, or perfect some simple cooking skills and gain confidence. Come and be filled with inspiration.
Roast chicken with roast potatoes and charred tender stem brocolli
Pear and Almond Frangipani with Creme Chantilly.
Together we will roast a delcious chicken accompanied by the best roast potatoes and a perfect gravy.
With a quick easy vegetable whilst you are busy assembling all the other components.
Whilst the chicken roasts away we will make the most simple of puddings with lashings of whipped cream, which can be made with many fruits and can be served as a cake for tea.
You will take your chickens and frangipani home.
We will cook extra to have for lunch and if you would like to enjoy a glass of wine, please do bring a bottle or two with you !
