Canape Demonstration

Canapes are a popular way to impress your guests and keep their hu nger at bay! This course will show you a selection of some of our favourites from over thirty years of catering.

Learn tricks for preparation in advance, and how to serve them looking fresh and inviting.

On this course you will learn:

• Bread croutes and baskets.
• Ceviche of Salmon with coriander and a mango topping
• Thai fish cakes and sweet chilli sauce
• Red pepper with semi dried cherry tomatoes, topped with anchovy/olive
• Chicken/ pheasant brochettes velveted with a delicious peanut sauce
• Mini tacos filed with duck hoisin sauce

Canapes will be enjoyed by everyone, throughout the demonstration .
