It’s game season, a season to celebrate!

Do you struggle with ideas for cooking endless pheasant? Or perhaps you just want to learn new and imaginative ways of presenting this delicious food.

Fiona has been cooking game for over forty years and on this course she will share some of her favourite and easy recipes.

This fun course will send you home with so many delicous new ideas. You will enjoy it all for lunch and take goodie bags home.

  • How to prepare and make a delicious stock.
  • Goujons of Pheasant and Chimichiridipping sauce
  • How to spatchcock your game bird for Szechuan pheasant/partridge.
  • Pheasant with Wild Mushrooms and Barley Risotto., which we will domonstrate.
  • Pheasant Meat Balls in a Thai Broth with Prawns, which you will have as an amuse bouche.

We provide everything , but please bring a cool bag to take anything you have not eaten at lunch home
