Creme patisiere is so versatile, it is easy to make and you can freeze it. It will be your new best friend.
The white chocolate and raspberry tart is a surpise, the raspberry compliments the sweeteness of the white chocolate and leaves you wanting another.
The lemon tart is a rich lemon curd that can be used in many puddings or pop it in a jar and have it on toast !
The pear tart is so simple but its utterly delcious and can be made with many fruits.
The Mille Feuile, is delicious and wait till you have the sauce.
All these puddings can be made as little 'petit fours' , a trio of puddings or as a straight forward sumptuous pudding to end a perfect meal
