This course is a mystical journey to Turkey, enjoying their magical spices. I will demonstrate all of the dishes.
You will make the Gozlems and the flat breads, this will be joined by all the other dishes in the demonstartion, which will be enjoyed for lunch and anything you do not wish to eat you can take home.
All equipment and aprons and recipes are included. Just bring yourselves.
